Surgery May Not Be Needed for Posttraumatic Complete Facial Nerve Paralysis

For complete facial nerve paralysis associated with undisplaced temporal bone fracture, nonsurgical treatment leads to "near-universal recovery" and is better than surgery, researchers suggest.
