Unusual Craniofacial Distraction

A retrospective Institutional Review Board-approved review was performed at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, NYU Langone Medical Center, of patients undergoing craniofacial distraction osteogenesis procedures using the rigid external distractor device between 2000 and 2010.
